            Due one week before end of marking period or as assigned

 

Notebook 20%

q       Appropriate forms being used

q       Yellow sheets dated and continuous

q       Detailed entries indicate specific journals/authors/dates/pages where necessary

q       Notebook provided for review one class before one-on-one

 

One-on-one goals/progress 40%

q       All goals met

q       Prepared for one-on-one

q       Reasonable progress being made as described in “The Flow”

 

Classwork 20%

q       Stay “on task” in class;

q       Don’t need to be quieted down in class

q       Other incidental assignments i.e. other writing requirements from the checkpoint lists
